Payment Methods
ecosmos.gr accepts payments through visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners credit cards as well as Visa and Mastercard debit cards.
When a payment is completed through either a credit or debit card make sure to enter the correct name on your payment details since product delivery can only be completed after the identity of the client has been verified. Verification is completed during delivery requiring a valid identification document that matches your payment details; for instance id card or driver's license. Please note that products cannot be picked up by third parties.
In credit card payments the amount pertinent to your order is first held by your bank and the transaction proceeds after the issuing of an invoice.
In case an order is cancelled, our company must inform the pertinent bank so that the amount held by the bank is refunded to the client based on the terms agreed upon between the bank and the customer. After ecosmos.gr informs the bank for the cancellation of the order it holds no liability for the realization of the contract terms between the bank and the client as well as for the way and duration of the refund of the pertinent transaction.
Payment through debit and credit cards is only available for online orders at www.e-cosmos.gr.
Payment through wire transfer
To pay through wire transfer ecosmos depicts the details of its bank accounts before the completion of your order. After choosing the bank you prefer and go through the deposit process please do not forget to note in the recipient comment tab your full name (surname + name) so that your payment can be identified. After your payment is completed please send your proof of payment document at ecosmos@cbs.gr. If the proof of payment document is not sent to us within three working days, the order will be cancelled automatically.
Pertinent Legislation
Σύμφωνα με το Νόμο Ν.4446/2016 άρθρο 69 §2 που τροποποίησε το άρθρο 20 §3του Ν. 3842/2010 «Τα φορολογικά στοιχεία συνολικής αξίας πεντακοσίων (500) ευρώ και άνω, που εκδίδονται για πώληση αγαθών ή παροχή υπηρεσιών σε ιδιώτες, εξοφλούνται από τους λήπτες τους, αγοραστές των αγαθών ή των υπηρεσιών, αποκλειστικώς με τη χρήση μέσων πληρωμής με κάρτα ή άλλου ηλεκτρονικού μέσου πληρωμής, όπως ενδεικτικά άλλα όχι περιοριστικά τραπεζικό έμβασμα, πληρωμή μέσω λογαριασμού πληρωμών, χρήση ηλεκτρονικού πορτοφολιού. Δεν επιτρέπεται εξόφληση των στοιχείων αυτών με μετρητά.» Ως εκ τούτου οι παραγγελίες με αξία άνω των 500 ευρώ συμπεριλαμβανομένων των φόρων και λοιπών επιβαρύνσεων θα πρέπει να εξοφλούνται με τους παραπάνω τρόπους.
