WARRANTIES

ecosmos provides you with:

• 2-year legal warranty on new products.  
• 1 year warranty on used/refurbished items.
• 6-month warranty for short-lived products. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from poor assembly, misuse or storage, lack of cleanliness or scratches/impacts or any other type of accident. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, products that have been placed outdoors or in a humid environment.

The warranty does not cover damage from incompatible use such as:

• When the product has been tampered with by an unauthorized technician.
• When the damage comes from poor connections, accidents, falls, vibrations, exposure to extreme temperatures, humidity or spills of liquids, and generally from external factors.
• When the product is subjected to physical or electrical stress.
• When the manufacturing number or distinguishing marks of the device have been altered, removed or destroyed.
• When the product is used in a manner not specified by the manufacturing specifications or in an environment unforeseen by the manufacturer. 
• When the manufacturer's maintenance procedures are not followed
• No warranty is provided or protection is guaranteed for damage caused by incorrect installation or use.
